Miss Nagai is Q's lovely new assistant in the 2003 James Bond: 007 video game Everything or Nothing (Pierce Brosnan's last official performance as the character). Bond attempts to flirt with her several times (much to her enjoyment) but is always prevented from getting much further by both Q and by his assignments.

Although technically an assistant Miss Nagai appears to be Q's number 2 in the labs over the course of the game, always by his side and aiding him in demonstrating the newest gadgets for Bond to use. She certainly seems to be a certified engineer if not a full on PhD graduate.

She wears the same lovely navel exposing lab coat that other female Q Lab assistants can occasionally be seen wearing in game cutscenes. The dress code at MI:6 is quite exquisite!

She is modeled after (and voiced by) Japanese model and actress Misaki Itô, known primarily for being in the original 1998 Japanese horror film Ju-On (later remade in the U.S. as The Grudge).
