For the record, this story is NOT my dream/fantasy that I wish the world was really like. It is simply my dream/fantasy space opera fetish TV series that I wish some would make but will never happen.

In my universe, males have been naturally and genetically phased out and breeding is either done through futanaris or in medical laboratories. The United Galactic People's Dominion is an interstellar empire made up of humans, space elves, Asari from Mass Effect, Twi'leks from Star Wars, and androgynous tentacle creatures. The Dominion does it's best to to be as benevolent and pacifist as it can and issues orgasm inducing ray guns, (called O-Rays) to all armed service women as a humane first line of defense weapon. Convectional weapons are also issued though. The Dominion isn't stupid.

Sexuality is considered a vitally important factor in the mental and physical health of all Dominion citizens, civilian or otherwise. The female navel is no longer a fetish at all but the primary body part in terms of sexual attractiveness. It has also naturally evolved to be the most highly sensitive erogenous zone for ALL humanoid females (as you can see in the picture above). It is a Dominion law that all humanoid females must leave their belly buttons exposed at ALL times except for when the environment prevents it (subzero temperatures, the vacuum of space, etc). All women fell uncomfortable when their navels are covered up anyway so this law is unanimously celebrated.

Monogamy is not usually encouraged. In fact, married couples are usually far more commonly involved in orgies or foursomes with other couples. Voyeurism is also mainstream. There are few things considered more beautiful than a loving couple expressing their affection for each other fully in front a large audience of gasping women with their fingers in their navels.
